    "Raising Servant-Leaders with Christ-like Character,
Ministry Competent, and Passionate for the Great Commission
of Christ for Asia and the world."
    VISION

We aim to establish and develop an institution which is committed to the Great Commission of Jesus Christ, dedicated in providing professionalized standards training for those who have been called and ordained to the leadership and ministry of the Presbyterian Churches of the Philippines, including those of other denomination who have been purposely destined by God to serve in their respective field of endeavors to fulfill their life vocation and mission objectives.

    CORE VALUES

    FAITH

We value faith, it is the substance of what we believe, what we practice in life and what we do in the ministry in gratitude and as our witness for the glory of God.

    CHARACTER

We value character, it is by which we determine who serves God and His church. And it is by which we can distinguish the True Servants of Christ from those who are not.

    KNOWLEDGE

We value knowledge, it is the principle by which we learn how to present ourselves able workers of God to lead, shepherd and manage the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

    PASSION

We value passion, it is the only means by which we can truly offer pleasing and acceptable sacrifice to God in everything that we do as exemplified by our Lord Christ.

    INTEGRITY

We value integrity, it is the measure by which one is counted worthy of God's call, for without it we do not have the right to be in the place called, "Christian Ministry."

    MISSION

We take heed to God's call to raise men and women and youth who are passionate and totally dependent upon God's provision in doing the work of the Lord in the church and community, and in partnershipt with like-minded Christian churches or fellowships, para-church and mission organizations, raising servant-leaders who are not only competent but demonstrates godly character dignifying the ministry and glorifying to God.
